"I started training with Dan around 3 years ago.  Although I was fairly active and pretty self-motivated, I’d got bored of just running and swimming and knew if I wanted to change my body shape / become more toned, I needed a new fitness regime involving weights. 

 

I fit my sessions between meetings and Dan squeezes as much as he can in to them to maximise our time together.  He keeps it fun and mixes it up but we track progress over the weeks – not just on how much I’ve lifted or how many reps I’ve managed but how my body shape has changed… I’ve developed muscles I never knew I had.  Dan also gives great advice about nutrition (protein, protein!) which is something I used to always forget (which completely defeats the amount of effort I put in!).
